SWM Collectibles is a small, collector-run operation dealing in sealed Pokémon and TCG product. We spend our days navigating the high seas of this market so you don’t have to. No warehouse. No algorithm. One tote at a time.
What we actually do
We chase restocks, work card shows around the Southeast, and move sealed product to people who want it at a price that isn’t silly. Some of it goes online. Most of it goes across a table to someone standing in front of us.
That last part is deliberate. Selling in person means you can look at the box, ask what the pull rates are actually like, and get a straight answer — including “don’t buy this one.”
How we price
Pricing in this hobby is where most of the nonsense lives, so here’s ours in plain terms.
Sold comps, not asks
What something actually sold for, over a recent window — not the one optimistic listing that has been sitting for six months.
Tax is in the sticker
At shows, the tag is the total. No surprise addition at the point you hand over a card.
We’ll say when it’s dropping
If a set is sliding, you’ll hear it from us before you buy, not after.
No repacks, no reseals
We don’t sell weighed packs, resealed product, or mystery boxes built out of other people’s leftovers.
Questions we get a lot
Are you an official Pokémon retailer?
No. We’re an independent reseller and we have no affiliation with Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, or any manufacturer. Everything we sell is product we bought, same as you would.
Is everything sealed and authentic?
Yes. Sealed product is sold sealed and untampered. If something is a repack, a re-listed item, or has any condition issue, it is described as exactly that.
Can I buy from the website?
Not yet — online checkout isn’t open. A few things are listed on eBay and marked as such in The Haul. Everything else is in person at a show, or reserved through the Discord.
How do you say “SWM”?
Like “swim.” Which is about right — we spend our time navigating the high seas of the Pokémon and TCG market, and the good stuff is never floating on the surface.
Why a pirate Psyduck?
Because the whole thing is a treasure hunt, and a confused duck holding a spyglass felt about right. He’s got a crew of four paddling behind him and no idea where he’s going either.
